Just a few resources you might find helpful.
Help is always there, no matter what you are struggling with.
988 Suicide & Crisis Hotline https://988lifeline.org/ Some people don’t realize there are resources like this for CRISIS and what crisis could look like. It could be anything from help with maternal mental health, disaster survivors, veterans/service members, LBTQI+, loss survivors, BIPOC mental health, and much more.
You can chat or text with someone from this organization at any time, they are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you don’t feel like you have someone in your life you can reach out to, start here. You are not alone; https://988lifeline.org/
The Compassionate Friends group: https://www.compassionatefriends.org/ A great resource for families grieving/navigating the loss of a child, I have gone to several of these group meetings. Sometimes it’s nice to put your situation in perspective and know that that are others grieving in many ways. It’s a very lonely “club” to be in and attending groups like this one, is a reminder that while our grief is uniquely our own, we are not alone in it.
Heal Grief https://healgrief.org/ Another great grief resource, they have an extensive list of specific types of loss and resources for those, their motto being “No one should grieve alone”.
